ConSergio beta ยท free with fair use

How to test ConSergio safely with real bookings.

The beta is designed for real merchants, but the rollout should be controlled. Start with a real profile, test privately, then publish the link where customers already look.

ConSergio should never invent availability, prices, services, addresses, stock, payment status, or policies. The merchant controls the source of truth and approves configuration changes.

Use this guide to validate the assistant before exposing it widely. A few careful test bookings are more valuable than a rushed launch.

Setup steps

  1. Create the merchant profile: business name, category, city, neighborhood/address, language, currency, timezone, and public slug.
  2. Tell ConSergio services/products: names, durations, prices, buffers, deposits, stock/menu when relevant, and what should trigger human follow-up.
  3. Configure capacity: staff, rooms, tables, equipment, boxes, chairs, lifts, providers, and resources that can run in parallel.
  4. Set business rules: opening hours, holidays, manual blocks, cancellation policy, prep time, safety questions, custom customer preferences, and no-show/reminder policy.
  5. Connect calendar if needed: Google Calendar blocks external busy events and receives confirmed ConSergio bookings.
  6. Test privately: create public bookings, manual bookings, reschedules, cancellations, full-day blocks, reminders, payment-link flows, and bad customer inputs.
  7. Publish gradually: first staff/internal, then website widget, QR, Instagram, and Google Business Profile booking link.
  8. Reply with feedback: missing use cases, wrong wording, bad conversations, desired integrations, and screenshots/logs when something feels off.
Human-light operationsRoutine bookings, reminders, payment links, and follow-up are automated. Owners review exceptions.

Can customers book without login?

Yes. Public booking pages work by link/widget. The merchant dashboard requires Google login.

What should be tested before publishing?

Availability, real booking creation, manual agenda edits, reminder emails, calendar sync, assistant language, bad inputs, and cancellation/reschedule cases.
