We want real merchants to trust ConSergio with real bookings. During beta, the product is free with fair-use limits. Founder beta merchants who actively test with us get a transparent cost-plus promise when paid plans begin.

Founder beta merchants who actively test ConSergio with their real business will not be charged more than direct ConSergio variable costs plus a 20% platform margin for comparable usage while they remain on the founder beta plan.

Direct variable costs include AI voice/chat/model usage, transactional email delivery, API/media/storage costs attributable to the merchant, and provider fees only when ConSergio pays them directly. The pledge does not include taxes, merchant-owned payment processor fees, special custom implementation work, or abusive/unbounded usage outside fair-use limits.

The goal is alignment: we only win if ConSergio saves more time and missed bookings than it costs to run.

Setup steps

  1. Create a merchant profile and tell ConSergio how your business actually works.
  2. Test the public booking link, voice/chat assistant, widget, manual agenda, reminders, and Google Calendar sync.
  3. Send feedback, corrections, missing use cases, and feature requests by replying to our email.
  4. We review feedback and improve the product before asking beta merchants to pay.
  5. When paid plans start, founder beta merchants get cost transparency and a cost-plus cap instead of surprise SaaS pricing.

How do merchants give feedback?

Reply to the beta email with corrections, missing services, bad conversations, feature requests, or examples of how the business really works. We review that feedback as product input.
