Information we collect
ConSergio collects account information, merchant profile details, appointment data, customer contact details, and messages needed to provide booking and customer support services.
When a merchant connects WhatsApp Business, we process WhatsApp message content, sender phone numbers, phone number IDs, and delivery metadata needed to send and receive messages through Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.
How we use information
We use this information to operate ConSergio, schedule appointments, respond to customer messages, deliver reminders, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers required to run the platform, including cloud hosting, authentication, payment, email, calendar, and messaging providers.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and operational backups. Sensitive integration tokens are encrypted at rest.

Data deletion requests
To request deletion of your ConSergio account data, email privacy@consergio.com from the email address associated with your account and include the business name or phone number connected to the account.
We will verify the request, delete or anonymize eligible account data, and disconnect third-party integrations where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, billing, or backup restoration purposes.
