How to request deletion
To request deletion of your ConSergio account data, email privacy@consergio.com from the email address associated with your account.
Include the business name or phone number connected to the account so we can identify the correct records.
What happens next
We will verify the request, delete or anonymize eligible account data, and disconnect third-party integrations where applicable.
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, billing, or backup restoration purposes.
